Regular maintenance prevents dust buildup, which is the primary cause of overheating and internal component failure. Cleaning the Exterior and Grilles
Use the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner to clear dust, lint, and debris from the front exhaust grille and rear intake vents.
Place the heater on a flat, level floor surface. Ensure it is kept at least from combustible materials such as curtains, bedding, furniture, papers, and clothing. Never place a space heater on a desk, shelf, or tabletop. Understanding the Controls
Slowly turn the thermostat knob counterclockwise until you hear a distinct "click" and the heater shuts off.
Always turn the Power Selector Dial to and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
