In the SP Flash Tool window, click the "Scatter-loading" button. A file browser window will open. Navigate to the folder containing the firmware files and select the MTXXXX_Android_scatter.txt file. The tool will then load all the partitions to be flashed.

If your phone is completely unresponsive ("hard brick"), it might still be recoverable. Ensure your device is turned off and has enough battery. In this state, SP Flash Tool can sometimes still detect the device. Follow the flashing steps again. You may need to hold a volume button when connecting the USB cable to force the device into BROM mode .
Change the drop-down menu selection from Format All + Download to . The tool will then load all the partitions to be flashed
