If you only see the "Standard" layout and others are greyed out, 3ds Max is reading the free version instead of the Full 2.10 version. Search your plugins folder and delete any old FloorGenerator.dlm files before pasting the Full version.
With the shape selected, navigate to the dropdown menu on the right-hand Command Panel.
