Inside, you will see the watch module and the battery. Gently lift the module out. Be careful not to touch the coil or delicate internal parts; hold it by the edges. Disconnect the tiny spring contacts for the speaker/sounder if necessary (some kits require you to transfer the sounder from the plastic case to the new metal case).
