: As you approach the first dip, tap the bellow (hand pump) to give your vehicle a quick extra push. This ensures you clear the bump without losing momentum.
Which specific (the hidden box or the time limit) is giving you trouble? What parts do you currently have available in your grid?
Mastering this level takes a bit of practice, but these tips will help you get the hang of it.
: Aim the vehicle toward the upper-middle section of the cavern where the star box floats. Your momentum should carry King Pig directly into it. Phase 2: Controlled Descent bad piggies 1-31
: Attach Black Soda Bottles facing down for vertical lift and a Green Soda Bottle facing left for forward thrust. Timing is Everything :
: Create a 2x1 or 3x1 horizontal base using Wooden Frames .
Let the vehicle roll down the first slope naturally. Do not use the bellows yet. : As you approach the first dip, tap
Level 1-31 is a pivotal moment in the Bad Piggies campaign. It forces the player to abandon the "trial and error" spamming of parts and actually visualize the center of gravity. It teaches a lesson that persists for the rest of the game:
After collecting the star, let the vehicle land on the lower track. The engine will maintain enough forward momentum to roll across the finish line automatically. Run 2: Beating the 11-Second Time Trial
Most players fail because they try to build a "car." They put wheels on the bottom and the pig on top. The physics engine in Bad Piggies is unforgiving; the center of gravity is visually simulated. If your pig is sitting high up in a metal frame, the vehicle acts like an inverted pendulum. The moment gravity takes over on the steep drop, the frame flips, and the pig face-plants. What parts do you currently have available in your grid
Time your bellows taps so you do not fly too high and hit the cave ceiling, which will halt your momentum.
Mount on top of the vehicle, facing downward .
