Unlike the main game’s helix glitches or beer bottles, the Jack the Ripper chests are hidden behind Fear mechanics and investigation points. The in-game map does not explicitly mark them until you are within a 50-meter radius. Furthermore, three of the chests are locked behind a specific progression gate:
